The agreement

Pondry is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Downloading or using the app means you accept it, plus the notes below.

Purchases

Premium decks and unlocks are one-time in-app purchases handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed into it. Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Content

Pondry's questions, dares, artwork, and name are © 2026 Aaron Palmiter. They're for playing, not for scraping, republishing, or reselling. Questions you write yourself are yours and stay on your device.

Age

Pondry is rated 17+. Some optional content (like After Dark) is intended for adults 18 and older — use your judgment and know your audience.

Common sense

Dares are suggestions, not obligations. Play safely, respect the people you're playing with, and skip anything that doesn't feel right. The app is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for what happens on your game night.
