pondry — privacy policy

Pondry is built to be private. The short version: we collect nothing.

Data we collect

None. Pondry has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information — because the app never sends your data anywhere.

Where your stuff lives

Your saved decks, custom questions, and unlocked content are stored only on your device. If you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Purchases can be restored through Apple on any device signed into your Apple Account.

Age

Pondry is rated 17+ and some optional content is intended for adults 18 and older. The app is not directed at children.

Changes

If a future version of Pondry ever changes any of this (for example, adding optional online features), this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly noted in the app.
